1. All Bookings made through Dil Se Yatra are considered Refundable or Non-refundable based on the Fare Rules mentioned by particular Airline at the time of booking.
  2. Apart from Airlines cancellation charges Dil Se Yatra will charge additional Rs. 60 (Incl. of service tax) for Domestic Bookings & Rs. 150 (Inc of service tax) for International Bookings as DSY service charges.
  3. Domestic Bookings cancellation requests sent 4hr prior to flight departure will be considered as valid cancellation request. Requests sent for cancellation within 4 hrs will be considered as No show.
  4. International Bookings cancellation requests sent 24hr prior to flight departure will be considered as valid cancellation request. Requests sent for cancellation within 24 hrs will be considered as No show.
  5. For Urgent Cancellations (Within 4 hrs prior to departure) agent may directly call airline customer care to cancel the ticket.
  6. For voidation case, please send us a request latest by 10 pm same day and agent has to reconfirm the status on call if the mail is not answered within 30 mins. For voidation requests sent after 10 pm same day, its agent responsibility to get the ticket number voided on call by calling our customer care executive.
  7. In case of No Show or Partially unused tickets no refund is applicable.
  8. We recommend user to refer airlines cancellation policy before booking.
  9. Cancellation policy of each flight is updated on portal or user can also confirm by calling our customer care number 0121-4035219
  10. In case of normal cancellations(refer 3, 4) refund will be processed within 24 – 48 hrs once airline approved refund amount in our account.
  11. In all other cases refund may take 45 – 60 days to get approved by the airlines and will only be processed after airlines approval.
  12. For transactions done by Credit/Debit card or net banking, refund amount will be processed as per bank policy and may take 7–10 working days.
